Do teachers with health issues or who would rather not teach in-person have to return to in-person learning when the students return to in-person learning?
All staff who are in the responsive WGSD instructional program are to report to work when students report to in-person learning.  Should a staff member have health matters, we ask them to notify us at hrc@wgmail.org in order to discuss any appropriate modifications and/or accommodations.

How will the district handle the lack of sub availablity?  In a situation where a teacher is unavailable to teach and there is no sub available.  What will happen to the in-person class as well as the virtual classes?
No different than during a typical year, in this circumstance we would look across the district for adult support.
