Webster Groves School District is a proud supporter of educational growth. Recognizing individuals need for professional development, Webster Groves School District provides educational assistances to contribute to the cost of higher education. We believe supporting advance learning enhances the work of the district, which in returns enriches the quality of education among its student population.
Webster Groves School District supports the continuous learning efforts of full-time and part-time employees. There is a $1,500 limit per full-time employee per school year. The maximum reimbursement for part-time employees is $1,500 x FTE. Employees are reimbursed up to 50% of tuition cost, within the limits of available funding. Webster Groves School District accepts tuition reimbursement request on a first come, first serve basis.
Requirements
- Prior to registering for a course, a Tuition Reimbursement Pre-Approval Form must be completed, signed by your building principal and forwards to Human Resources to begin the Tuition Reimbursement process.
- Receipt of your statement of credit (transcript), showing a grade of B or better.
- Itemized bill submission, showing the cost of tuition. Technology fees, parking fees, etc. are not eligible for reimbursement.
